Founded in 1992 by Jerry and Craig Moyes, SME Industries has grown to over 1,600 employees and $500 million in revenue – at any given time, there are over 300 SME workers in the field building tomorrow’s skyline.

 

As one of the largest structural steel fabricators and erectors in the U.S., SME serves a diverse range of sectors including commercial, industrial, healthcare, and more. With five plants across the Western U.S. Companies within the SME family specialize in miscellaneous metal and custom steel finishing, the most-trusted and industry standard seismic bracing and both seismic-controlled and wind-controlled moment frame connections, and logistics.
